Without the group discount the price is way high for what you get in return. The additional fees for being able to access the pool and internet services was a bit ridiculous. You are already paying a substantial fee and then to add the other fees on top is crazy.

The staff treated us horrible they only wanted our money. I was dying in front of my husband due to being allergic to the flora. And all the staff wants was our money and we had to call 911 on our own.

Most terrible experience I have ever had at a resort or hotel. At 1:00pm we paid to upgrade to a beach bungalow, our plans were to relax on the beach for the rest of the day. We were told to pack our bags and put them by the door and we would be moved to our new room. We waited around and wasted a day..after several phone calls, 6:30pm rolls around and we finally got moved to our new room. I had to demand a refund of our upgrade fee because if we had known the sun would be going down by the time we got to your room we would not have paid for the upgrade. She was only willing to refund half..not sufficient to me. Shortly after, we find that our iPad had been broken, more appropriately SHATTERED, literal holes in the screen..by housekeeping. This ruined the last two days of our trip by getting the run around by security..calling several times a day just to be told to call back later or that we would be called. It has now been a week since the incident and finally security has told us they will not refund or compensate us in any way. Apparently housekeeping claims it was already broken which is not true. It is shattered in such a way you can’t even touch it. “We already refunded your upgrade fee,” they said. I work with people, as does the majority of the population. You make it right..always. But apparently Paradise Point doesn’t have the same values that we all take as common sense.

Downgraded my room without my consent. Checked me into a room which had used and clean toilet. Can’t forget the memories of that. Checked me into another room 40 minutes later only to discover that they are there long brown hair on one of the other beds. No compensation offered for downgrade. Do not expect this service after 16 hours of flying for two days of business trip.Should learn to do better.

Bathroom was old, cracked, outdated. Food is expensive but only average tasting. Parking fees are too expensive on top of the other fees. The best thing is the Hawaiian atmosphere, but combined with the negatives, it's a one and done sort of stay.
