Too much fun, very relaxing. We spent a lot of time paddling kayaks and boards, brought our own. Enjoyed exploring the property, and of course, the beachfront. Can't wait to go back. The experience was exactly what I went for and all of my expectations were met.

We booked a full suite for our 3rd time staying at this resort. By far the worst! Terrible service poolside and delivery of orders through the host app. At $700 per night, we expected to have at the least, a decent room. The room was old and in need of restoration. The sofa bed was filthy and wrecked and unusable. The outdoor sitting area was also dirty, old and unpleasant. We ended up paying an extra $40 per night to move to a different, slightly newer room. Hotel is in need of complete overhaul of facilities, rooms and staff. It has a prime location and so much potential. Will not be returning until major changes are made. At $700/night, I will stay at Hotel del Coronado or one of many other luxury brands.

The property is grossly understaffed for after hours. The upgrades to the room do not meet the mark. The personal do not know how to resolve issues. Room had plumbing problems more than once. ADA requirements could not be met. A/Cs not working properly. Outdated.

The room I stayed in was outdated. They did an ok job with the living area but the bathrooms were very dated. The look of the bungalows were outdated as well. The views however were spectacular! The wildlife area was beautiful as well

Beautiful accommodations! My junior suite exceeded my expectations. The grounds were well managed and the staff was very polite. I enjoyed the short time I was at the property. I will consider this property the next time I am in the San Diego area.
