Reviews for Inn and Spa at Loretto
My husband and I stayed there for 3 nights for our 10 anniversary. It is 1 block from the plaza which is great. The staff was kind and helpful. Valet service was quick. We tried to check out at 6:30 AM on Saturday, October 14 but no one was at the desk. We waited for 10 minutes but had to get on the road, so we left. It would have been nice to see an actual person to check out, but it didn’t happen. Other than that we had an anniversary to remember.

Loved this place and our very private corner room. Centrally located in the historic district in Santa Fe, this hotel offers a short walk to all the great restaurants and art galleries Santa Fe has to offer. Beautifully accommodated room with soft towels and a very comfortable bed along with a corner balcony with a view of the mountains. We loved sitting out drinking our coffee on the balcony in the morning. Will definitely go back and stay here. Loved this resort and loved Santa Fe.

The Inn is one block off of the Plaza, so an easy walk to the Plaza and its surroundings. The interiors of the Inn are wonderfully appointed but the rooms could be freshened-up a bit. One problem we had was that when we arrived the window was open and the room was really cold. We shut the window and then left to journey through town. When we returned to the room the windows had been opened once again and the room was really cold. Odd that they would reopen a window we shut, let alone understanding why they would have come in our room in the first place since we had just arrived at noon. The hotel also has some great shops on the lower floor.

Loved it!! I booked the room about a week before and so happy I found this place. The room was an amazingly good price and cost a lot less than similar near by resorts. They were accommodating to our small pet. And the spa let us book massages at the last minute! We grabbed late night food and drinks in the living area next to a lovely fire. Absolutely perfect for a girls trip but also romantic for a couple. Super easy walk to the main square and shops. Would totally come back!
A place to sleep on a long driving trip home after visiting family in SW Texas turned into a delightful mini vacation of its own in Santa Fe, the Inn is adjacent to the famous and fascinating Chapel of the same name (now a museum) and a tour to see the magic stairs is well worth it. The Inn is elegant, comfortable, and welcoming on a cold winter evening. It is convenient to all the Cities attractions and restaurants. Price is more than most but worth it.
