They actually beat out others in price, had a great location, great food. But mainly the staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure we were fully happy with everything. I especially want to recognize Julian for going above and beyond to make sure we had a successful event and were satisfied with everything.

We stayed for a birthday weekend, and had a wonderful time. We were within walking distance of most of the things we wanted to see. The room was well furnished and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed one night to enjoy a city getaway. The room was comfortable, clean, well furnished and decorated. Slept great, although hotels never have firm enough pillows for me. All of the staff were quite lovely and professional. The location is within easy walking distance of all of the downtown highlights (Pike's Place, the waterfront, etc.) and many restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This hotel is fabulous! The location is perfect (you can walk everywhere), the rooms are clean and crisp (even the hallways are gorgeous) and the restaurants are delicious. There is also a fabulous little wine cellar in the basement (next to to awesome virtual golf courses) that you can do great tastings in and is such a unique experience. The accommodation rooms are beautiful - they are bright and airy and just so comfortable to be in. Also, the bathtubs...so crazy! A must, even just to turn it on!
