1. Following the "winner takes all" principle, Single Auctions have just one package for sale, and are open for bids by registered Luxury Link users. If you wish to bid on an item you must be logged in.

2. Bidding is open until the auction officially closes and you are free to submit as many bids as you wish throughout the length of the auction. Or you may simply enter the "Maximum Amount" you are willing to pay for the auction and Luxury Link's Automatic Bidding System places bids on your behalf (proxy bids). The system will only bid as much as necessary to ensure you remain the high bidder. It will keep bidding for you until bidding reaches your maximum bid.

Please note: $1 Mystery Auctions are excluded from the Automatic Bidding System.

• Example:

  The current high bid for Luxury Trip A is $1000.00. Diane is the high bidder. (Diane has placed a maximum bid of $1500.00 on this item, but this maximum bid is kept hidden from other bidders.)

  Joe views Luxury Trip A and decides to place a maximum bid of $2000.00. Joe automatically becomes the high bidder because his maximum bid is greater than Diane's.

  The system reads the current high bid at $1500 (Diane's maximum bid) and automatically adds the bid increment of $25.00 to ensure Joe is the new high bidder. Joe's current high bid is $1525.00.

  Diane is sent an email that she has been outbid and the current minimum bid is $1550, which is the current high bid + the bid increment of $25.00. Diane does not place another bid.

  The auction closes and Joe wins the item at $1525.00, which is less than his maximum bid of $2000.00

Example: Dutch Auction ABC has 2 packages available. At the end of the auction period, 30 bids have been submitted. The top 2 bids are $2000 and $1900; the 2 winners each pay just $1900. All winning bidders will pay the same price, which may be equal to or less than your highest bid at the close of the auction, but never more!

3. By placing your bid you agree you are able and intend to purchase the item(s) should your bid be among the winning bids. Credit card sales are final.. Your price may range anywhere between the retail value and the minimum selling price. 2. All winning bidders will pay the same price, which is the lowest successful bid. This price may be equal or LESS than your Best Shot bid but never more.

Example: 10 Units available. Retail value of each unit is $2000; minimum selling price is $1000. At the end of the auction period, 30 "Best Shots" have been submitted. The top 10 bids range between $1900 and $1500; all of the top 10 bidders pay $1500.

All packages are subject to availability until reservations are booked by auction winner and confirmed by supplier. Some blackout dates may apply. Full payment must be received within 24 hours of auction close. Purchases are non-refundable. Luxury Link packages may not be resold without the express permission of Luxury Link. Telephone charges, all tax, gratuities and other expenses not covered by package are the responsibility of auction winner. A $30 auction handling fee will be added to your final purchase price.

1. A limited number of Fixed-Price Offers are offered on a "first come, first served" basis. Each Request to Purchase submitted to Luxury Link is electronically dated and time stamped at the time it was received. The purchaser will be contacted via telephone within one business day to finalize contact details and confirm travel arrangements. Please be advised some Fixed-Price Offers are capacity controlled which may limit availability.

2. PAYMENT: Payment will be made by credit card when the travel package is booked. Taxes, tips, incidental and personal charges, and items not listed as part of the package description are the responsibility of the purchaser. ALL CREDIT CARD SALES ARE FINAL FOR AIR AND LAND COMBINATION PACKAGES. No contract of any kind is created between Luxury Link and a customer submitting a Request to Purchase until the acceptance and processing of the customer's credit card information by Luxury Link.

Luxury Link recommends the purchase of Travel Insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption and delay.

(A) Hotel Only Packages.

Cancellations may only be made up to 15 days prior to check-in for a fee of $35. Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in are subject to a $100 penalty plus any applicable hotel penalty.

Changes to hotel only bookings can be made up to 15 days prior to check-in for a fee of $35. Changes to hotel only packages can be made within 15 days prior to check-in for a fee of $35, plus any applicable hotel penalty.

Due to the special nature of several promotional packages, additional restrictions, conditions, and/or penalties may apply.

No refunds will be given for early checkout.

(B) Air/Hotel Combined.

Luxury Link Air/Hotel Combined packages contain airfare that is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-endorsable. You may only cancel the complete trip (flights and hotel). A cancellation fee of $150 plus any additional charges based on the policies of the travel providers, airline and hotel, which may result in substantial penalties.

Changes to Luxury Link Air/Hotel Combined packages may be made up to 7 days prior to departure. A fee of $150 plus any additional charges based on the travel providers and any additional costs associated with your revised itinerary. No changes or cancellations may be made within 7 days of scheduled departure.

Due to the special nature of several promotional packages, additional restrictions, conditions, and/or penalties may apply.

Some published air tickets do not allow changes.

Published air tickets may be exchangeable directly with the airline for a fee provided cancellation is received prior to scheduled departure date.

All documentation and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers. LuxuryLink is not responsible for delays or failure of any carrier, travel provider, or merchandise provider to perform services contracted as part of the Luxury Link offer. Purchaser acknowledges that Luxury Link shall not be liable for any accident, loss, injury or damage to purchaser or to parties traveling with purchaser in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond the control of the travel providers. In all events Luxury Link shall not be liable for any consequential damages and the sole extent of Luxury Link's liability shall never exceed the amount actually paid by purchaser to Luxury Link.

Luxury Link shall not become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, merchandise, or otherwise in connections with any service due to acts of God, wars - declared or undeclared, acts or governments or other authorities, civil disturbances, terrorist acts, riots, strikes, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, diseases, monetary crisis, custom regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of flights, dangers incident to land, air and sea travel, or incidents beyond our control. Travelers shall have the responsibility to be aware of and determine the validity of any travel advisories that may exist.
