Having now completed my third safari, all purchased thru LL, I need to acknowledge and offer kudos to Julian Asher, one of the original LL community members.
With jashermd's assistance, enthusiasm and shared experiences, I may never have bought my first safari. I can elaborate but the moment I actually arrived at Tuningi Lodge at Madikwe, I fell in love with the concept of "safari".
I can never hope to replace Dr. Asher's expertise about traveling in Africa nor his insight about safaris of every level (I' doubt I'll be in the bush w/ a private ranger EVER) but I can hope t carry my enthusiasm to LL members to share my experiences.
