Hesitation is normal when you are looking at luxury properties at such great prices! We have enjoyed every packaged booked and have never really had a problem booking certain dates (we are quite flexible though).

Lesley--I have now purchsaed more than 25 packages. You have great advice from Ben and Daniel. We're very flexible and work closely with LL and the property in question.
Suggest you look at some of our reviews and our forum posts. Digest what you read and call the Concierges. They are top-notch.

Hi Lesley and WELCOME!!! I love the planning part of the travel process sometimes as much if not more than the trip!!! So....with that said...My biggest advice when using LL is to research your location, time frame, and inclusions. I like to contact the property to make sure that there is nothing missing or misunderstood. Many of the LL partners are quite helpful and look forward to working with you. I also work with the LL concierges. They have helped me secure dates when the property might have been closed for the season. Other tips would be to watch the dates, time frames, and locations. Read the LL Community forum for others that have traveled to your spot....and...Please ask questions and post on the forum!! WELCOME and Have fun!!!
