The food was fantastic and life doesn't seem the same since our return. Every morning Marlon or Roger would pour that smooth wonderful Costa Rican coffee and I would say, 'muchas gracias' and they would say, 'Con mucho gusto'. Life was good.

The property itself was amazing. It was set on the side of a mountain and a hotel four wheel vehicle would have to take us if we left the property. Heck, a four wheel drive vehicle would have to come get us for dinner. The road was steep.

Every morning you would wake up to the sound of howler monkies in the distance. It was lush and green. Toucans visited the trees outside of bungalow.

My spa treatment was unforgettable. I did the coffee scrub and afterward I showed in the jungle - an open air shower on a balcony.

I cannot say enough good things about Rancho Pacifico. Their staff is truly remarkable and I shed a tear when we left!
