What do you specifically want to know? There are a number of members of the community who are frequently buyers of travel packages offered by Luxury Link. It is doubtful we would be repeat customers over a long period of time, if we were generally unhappy with the company or their offerings.

I don't know any company that deals with the public on a regular basis and doesn't encounter a level of dissatisfaction from time to time. Mistakes happen. Misunderstandings arise, etc., etc.

Ask some specific questions and possibly one or more of the community can offer you some first hand experience with transactions, destinations, properties and even tips and ideas on how to maximize your relationship with Luxury Link.

nikkiknight143, I can echo the remarks in the two prior postings. I have purchased a number of trips from Luxury Link over the years. In my opinion, there is generally excellent value in their packages and I've never had a problem with them or any of the hotels I have visited on their programs. If you are thinking about participating in an auction I am certain members of this community would gladly assist you.

I too have done numerous packages on LL and am a very happy customer! Great hotels and packages, nice prices - what more could you ask for!

Welcome to Luxury Link, Nikki. I'm not sure where you read comments from unhappy customers, but my wife and I have purchased seven or eight Luxury Link packages in the last three years and we have been extremely satisfied by all of our purchases. Most gave gone far beyond what we had imagined in terms of the hotel and all of the amenities that were included in the packages.

Like you, my wife was extremely skeptical of the website and was very hesitant to allow me to purchase our first deal. Since then, she's absolutely sold on Luxury Link. The previous four posters are long-term purchasers and contributors to the website. I received an e-mail from a friend of mine who recently purchased his first Luxury Link package. He's in Italy and he e-mailed to tell me that the villa he's staying at is, "off the hook." You'll feel the same way after you stay at your first Luxury Link package. No, I don't work for Luxury Link; I'm just a very happy customer.

nikkiknight143.....we are writing to you from Buenos Aires this morning.....during this trip to Argentina, we have stopped by two lovely properties offered here on Luxury Link and enjoyed a short tour and lunch at Club Tapiz (also Luxury Link property) just south of Mendoza. We have experienced the same level of service here in Argentina as we have come to expect at properties offered by Luxury Link. Good luck, should you decide to become a traveler with the rest of us.
