Wonderful experience at Surf & Sand Resort in Laguna Beach

I recently purchased a one-night auction for the Surf & Sand Resort in Laguna Beach. I was thrilled with everything about the package. The hotel is in a perfect location and the room we received (#415) was literally perched right on the ocean. We had spectacular views of the entire coast.

We also loved the restaurant, Splash. The food was terrific, especially the lime chicken and braised brussel sprouts--trust me on this one. The brie burger was fabulous as well. The paella also looked amazing but we didn't 'have room to try that dish. I found the service to be excellent. I also experienced the spa and thought the amenities were nice although somewhat small. I would highly recommend this property.
