$100 Referral Credit System--AWESOME!!
I finally got my sister to sign up (due to the great deal at the Broadmoor Hotel near her home). She got a super-sweet price and LL automatically credited her bid with the referral "allowance". She didn't have to do a thing but confirm payment at the end.
I got my $100 credit and have since placed bids on several mystery auctions--the new system just takes what it needs to pay for my bid and leaves the balance to use later, if needed. It lasts for a year and then poof...
I'm now scrounging to get new referrals (hard to come by when everyone in my small universe is already active!)
Much appreciated, LL."wherever you go, there you are"

Very nice, k. Congrats! I keep trying to get my friends to sign up. They hear me all the time talking about the great LL travel packages I get. You'd think they would jump on board. I tell them if they ever think about using LL to let me know in advance so I can get them $100 off.
Oh well, you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink!

BUT they can use the $100 on the first purchase without any effort now! No codes to recall and type in! It's automatic!! Tell them AGAIN!!!

I keep telling and referring my friends but they are so afraid of using an auction system to book travel. I have told them over and over that I have done many 1st class trips via LL but just not getting through

I frequently refer friends to Luxury Link, using their referral program.
I am amazed by the mixed reactions. Some have taken advantage of it and many think it is some type of scam.
I'm guessing it is just the type of strange people I know.
It's a great deal for all parties involved.

Our friends and their kids have purchased packages and were quite happy. My problem is that I forget to "refer" them and they just buy on their own and then tell me the great news!!! Happy for them, but sad for me....oh well.....Must do a better referrral job!

How does it work? Do your friends have to fill out/sign up with Luxury Link and mention your name before they buy/auction a package? I am somewhat in the dark about this LL feature....

Refer them via email invite on LL home page (also on account page) top right.
When they buy they get $100 off (automatically deducted from bid) AND you get a $100 credit that LL applies for you when you bid on yours.
I bid for the mystery auction and it took $1 from my "account" (tres cool!) Another time, I bid $11 and it sucked it out of the account! I didn't continue either auction, so the $ reappeared in my account after they ended. Voila!"wherever you go, there you are"
