Just wondering,



If you find an auction that you like but the dates you want are further in the future is it possible to call the hotel and see if they will honor the dates you want, then bid on these?

any issues with this?

Will LL work with you on this?

Hi D. Well...interesting question. Most of the time, the properties list this time frame for stays due to their occupancy needs, etc. So, most of the time, these are the dates they request you stay. With that said, it never hurts to contact the property prior to bidding. I would be very careful about this and really try to stay within their time frame. I did call a property about this same issue and they were willing to work out a minor change to the date but I think this is the exception, not the norm.



Never hurts to check though!!
