Attaining contributor status

Hi Moderator_jh,

Thank you for clarifying some of the questions we all have had. I gathered that this whole Message Board is relatively new to LL.
It seems that the earlier Contributors are put somewhat at a disadvantage with the Ranking just now being put into effect. You say it is the high rating by other members that does affect the ranking. Up until now, we believed it was the number of posts that counted ,since there were no guidelines or explanations. from LL. I also found that the rating is not totally anonymous, since, to my surprise, I could see on some site what member gave what ranking to my posts.

Thanks for the compliment. We are all in the same boat trying to figure out how the system works. Now that the LL Moderators have enabled the Rating System, don't forget to put your rating in where you feel it is warranted.
