Auction End Time

Hello



I was just bidding on an auction and the was in a bidding war with two others and the Auction End time kept changing. I kept thinking I won then I saw the endtime went from 12:00 to 12:06 and I thought I made the mistake. The bidding continued and the end time went to 12:11 then to 12:13. This just doesn't seem right to me.

If you are familiar with other online
auctions, such as ebay, they give a specific amount of time for the auction and then it is closed. Luxury Link auctions are designed to mimic the "going, going, gone" aspect of "live" auctions.
All bids are date and time stamped and once a bid is received into the system within the last 5 minutes of auction close time, the auction will extend by 5 minutes until there have been 5 complete minutes of no bidding activity.
