Auction rules and expiry

I bid on an auction about a month ago and I won. It was the best feeling but just a couple days ago my husband can no longer commit to going on holidays. Now I have paid for the auction and can't use it. Please help!

Is there an expiry on the auction purchases?
Can I exchange it for another property?

Please help. I'm so upset and I'm hoping there is a way to salvage my $

Hi D...not knowing too much about your situation, I would recommend that you call LL concierge at their toll free number. They might be able to work with the property.
