BIG Thank you to Jim and Sonya and Gloria!!!

Big Thank you to Jim and Sonya at LL for their assistance with my upcoming Family Getaway package. Sonya was able to quickly make the reservations and secure a small change to the package. Jim and Gloria worked together to make sure a credit was corrected. (It was incorrect the 1st time but corrected within 24 hours.) I really appreciated the comfort that the team gave me that the problem would be resolved properly and quickly. I am ready for my next get away and so excited that it is coming together! I called the hotel to tell them we would be bringing the pup and they were well aware of our reservation and requests! WOW.....Great service and Great teamwork! Thank you!!!

PS- AND....it is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with Jim! He is the best ambassador for LL! (and he's great to talk to also!!)
