How long does it usually take for LL to get back to you on whether or not you have received the bid? I have been waiting for DAYS and feel like I am hounding them to get any info. It's quite frustrating as plane ticket prices continuously go up...

It should be immediate. Did you check the email of t he account you used to join LL? When I bid, I get a bid confirmation. If I win - or am outbid, I get an email that day.



The other way you can tell - log in to LL, then click on "My Account" on the top right. It will show you your packages and their status. Hope this helps.

C...something doesn't sound right unless LL got hit by the blizzard like we did on the east coast!! (they are on the west so don't think this is a possibility!!) You should have received it. Call their toll free number today. As K said, you should see it on your "my account" but also call to get clarification as to what happened??? This is odd.
