The Family Getaways section is adding some very nice properties in Baltimore. Does anyone know if any of the certificates (VIP, welcome back, etc) can be used for these auctions??? Thanks.

It is my understanding that you can't. Here is a link to the same question answered by LL staff member Katie in another thread: http://community.luxurylink.com/luxurylink/board/message?board.id=board-general&message.id=10229&query.id=544403#M10229 Shy ~Message Edited by shygirl724 on 07-03-2010 04:53 PM
YIKES! I did bid on a family getaway and the site accepted my gc. Now, the confirm doesn't have the gc info! YIKES. I did get a $100 GC by signing up on family getaway but didn't use it. Looks like I might win the auction. Wonder what happens next? (does the 250 get backed off and then could I use the 100?) Thanks for the research S. I was just too excited and wanted to bid without waiting!!! (and ps-the pup can come with us on this auction!!)
If you win it. I would just call LL and get them to straighten it out. I have called and had a VIP certificate credited to a package I already bought but not used yet when I forgot to put the code in.

I never rec'd a GC from signup at familygetaway. Wonder who I need to contact about that? Anyone know?
I think it was an email with the code to input for the $100 credit. I used it for my Baltimore package.
Are they still offering the $100 GC for sign up? I never got one.
Hi B....On Family Getaway home page, they do advertise $100 off your first purchase by signing up for the newsletter.
Thanks! I will be going for that shortly.
Signed up for newletter 8/11 and rec'd confirmation. Got first issue yesterday. No mention of promo code on either email.
