Hi quigdeg, The one that immediately comes to mind is the TheBodyHoliday in St. Lucia. This property is frequently offered on LL, and would be a great spot for a girls-only vacation. It is all-inclusive and includes spa treatments also. There's a sister property, LaSource, on Greneda that might be another good option.

Also look at Biras Creek and Peter Island. Both properties are in the British Virgin Islands. They include sit down meals but not drinks. Very nice, private, lovely. Smaller properties. Where are you all flying from ? (east coast/west coast?) What month are you planning? This might change our suggestions. Have fun planning!
