December LL Free gift voucher deal of $150

Hi, Help me someone, because LL won't! I've sent 2 emails now, and no-one gets back to me. I won 3 auctions before 15th Dec all of which said I had also one a $150 vouchers off an auction. I haven't got any of these vouchers and no-one will get back to me. Is this a LL con?

I too am still missing one of the $150 Dec. Gift certificates. LL seems to have been unusually busy with this Community board, so it seems. Just pick up the phone and call the LL 800 number. Ask for Nancy Taylor, in Customer Service. She is usually quite helpful and she should be able to straighten out the problem. My other $150 Gift Certificates were sent by e-mail attachment which you can download. Be sure to go back and check your e-mail messages from LL, perhaps you overlooked the attachment file. I have never bought an auction where LL offered a $150. gift certificate. If you are lucky enough to get several can you combine them to pay for one package.

Ever so often, LL offers $150 to $200 promotional gift certificates on their properties, just watch for these promotions. Unfortunately, these gift certificates cannot be combined, and they can only be used on purchases "$1000.00 and above" and have an expiration date of about 6 months. If you do get such a gift certificate, be sure to advise LL ahead of time that you would like to use the certificate on an auction you are bidding on, or better yet, take your credit card number off your LL record, or your credit card might be charged for the full amount of the package without taking the gift voucher into account.
