Does an all inclusive package include air travel?

Im new to the site and i see all inclusive packages but it doesnt say anything about air travel? Does an all inclusive package include air travel or it is just while you are on the resort it is all inclusive?

I just noticed that on a recent LL mailing, some LL all inclusive packages did include air.

WOW....I haven't seen that offered in years!! Typically, in the past, the packages that had air were in the South Pacific. Which ones were offered in the mailing?

I tried to find the LL mailing in which the all inclusive packages were offered a couple of weeks ago. I believe it was in the same mailing where some Mexican all inclusive packages were offered, but it was not Mexico. I noticed it and was surprised, but I deleted the LL mailing from my e-mail so I don't recall off-hand which packages they were. Perhaps someone else has seen them.
