Getting the Most From LL

This isa message for all those "lurking" on the LL site and not signing up for membership. LL offers great travel packages on the site that you can see without joining (but you have to join to bid / buy). However, another way to get LL travel discounts is through their email offers. These offers are generally IN ADDITION to the ones on this site.



So, the moral is........if you don't join, you won't know about all the incredible packages. "Lurking" only gets you part of the way.

Email offers? I've bought packages from here, but I never knew anything about additional email offers.

I am getting them. Perhaps they are being directed into your spam? If not, I would shoot an email to LL customer service. I think we all get them. Anyone else getting / not getting the messages? I just picked up a killer deal at the Bellagio in Vegas via an email offer. Shy ~

I think I figured out the problem. One the LL home page, lower left corner, is a place to fill in your email address to get additional LL offers. The header is "THE LATEST DEALS".



Fill in your email address there and you should be good to go!

I get the email but have never really given it a second glance as didn't realise there was special offers on there not on the site.

Shygirl,what was the Bellagio deal you got ? (a free George Clooney ? )

I check all of the LL emails and their Twitter tweets as well. Never know where some great is hidden!

good point about email sign up.
I choose NOT to get partner offers because I was receiving way too many irrelevant emails. I just get the LL ones and I always zip thru the list and immediately link back(IF I'm not already logged in and browsing offers!!)
When I get bored, I pick a destination and go thru every offer--or choose "new auction" or Under $1500 (my FAVE)

Snapyou, No George Clooney (now that would be a nice package offer! lol). But I did get a deluxe room at the Bellagio for 5 nights over the last weekend of August for $115 per night. shygirl724...if you check the LL Tweets (assuming you are on Twitter), you can often catch an interesting package highlighted there as well.
