I know that the Mystery Auctions are usually pretty easy to figure out, but they added a lot to the Luxury Link website. Like everybody else, I'm hoping that they come back.

Hey Nancy....we don't see you much in the community these days....but it looks like you're back with a little LL "waterboarding" just to punish some of the regular "Mystery Auction" purchasers!

Take your time, we're heading off to Antigua, Guatemala to enjoy one of the "last Mystery Auctions" we snatched away from LL before the hiatus.....we can smell the fresh coffee brewing!

Has anyone bought a Mystery Auction and guessed incorrectly on the property?

First Mystery Auction I bought was somewhat more mysterious than I expected. I was only a tad off the correct destination.
We ended up in a lovely small beach town in Thailand at the AKA resort--an upscale Zen-like villa property--slightly secluded. We had a 2 BR villa, huge private pool and a media pavilion. Oh yeah, with one of the best French chefs I've ever encountered!! It was a great buy for less than $800. 5 nights--lots of perks and meals included since we split the extras for 2 instead of 4.

Not yet..... we've bought a couple ana guessed correctly, but given enough opportunities, we'll likely be confused by the clues and end up making a mistake (could be a good thing).
