Honeymoon

Hello!
Im getting married and want to know if there is any kind of "wish list" or "gift list" I could direct my guests. Can someone buy gift certificates separetely? Could it be in my name?

I believe it's possible to buy LL gift certificates to give to people, so your guests can certainly do that (though you should make sure that there are no rules against combining them by calling the LL office in LA). Another option would be planning a honeymoon through a travel specialist who can set up a honeymoon account where people can send money (I've seen this done for safaris, and there's no reason it shouldn't work for other types of travel). You'd then top up the account if need be, or if there was extra money you could use it for spa services or a room upgrade.

Manumitre..CONGRATULATIONS EARLY!!! Great idea. LL has gift certificates and it would be a FANTASTIC ideas for your wedding list!!! Travel memories will always be with you. .....How much "stuff" do you really need!! I vote for the LL gift certificates for your wedding list!!!!

We're getting married in April...

We already live together and we need no "real" gifts, but if I could go to my honeymoon thru LL and "a little help from myfriends",itwould be really nice!


We live in Brazil, and I have no idea where to go, but we expect to stay long (at least 15 days).I suppose we would decide it depending on the "gift possibility", but I could imagine getting approx $5k from our friends.

Yeah! I imagine you can use as many gift certificates towards one trip. I know that you CANNOT use the promotional gift certicates grouped together. You should be fine but PLEASE email Luxury Link to confirm. Would hate to be disappointed!!



Well, just for fun, what are you thinking of for your getaway....beach, mountains, cultural, city, etc? You live in a great country for beaches and beauty.

Thank you all for your help! I got intouchwithLL and its possible to use several gifts towards one trip, except for the promotional gift certificates. My friends will send an e-mail to a specific person that will arrange everything!!
