Wonderful to hear a new member (since Jan. 4/07) of LL Community who's benefitting from the posts of a couple of us "veterans"! Yet, we're all pretty new at this, I've been a member only since November 30/06 and travelfan joined about two weeks before that! But, I must say that in the relativeky short time we've been sharing our travel experiences a wealth of varied and very useful information has flowed freely for the benefit of all who participate in this fantastic website.

funtimes....nice to have you aboard as a participating members of the LL Community. We have been buying auction trips from LL from their early days (the site is not that old). We also have purchased merchandise from LuxeLife auctions and been pleased. The web site continues to improve and of course, the number of trips and the variety of destinations have grown. We have never had a bad buyingexperience with LL (we tend to do a bit more research on properties from other resourcesthan perhaps the average traveler). In other threads, you may see some negative comments from other members on some of the propertiesthey have visited.....that can happen. Honestly, we believe we have the responsibility to conduct our own reserach on a propertybefore buying.We doubt thatLL representatives have actually visted each of the properties listed on the auctions and that LL relies on representations made by the properties. The more you participate in this community by providing feed back on your visits, the better it will be for you and all of us.
