Upon winning an auction, aLuxury Link representative will call you to finalize contact details and give you further instructions on confirming your travel arrangements.
You may also pay online. To pay online, log into your Luxury Link account and click on "Update Account Info". To enter or update your credit card information, scroll to the bottom. After you update your billing information, you may safely pay online.

Having bid on and won six wonderful vacation packages....I know to 'just wait'....my credit information is with luxury link. When the site first opened (2000?) I would get a phone call asking for the information. Now when I know I've won...I know the credit information is available to luxury link. Be sure to change that information if the card is no longer valid or you want to use a different card. Enjoy!

LL will inform you that you are the winner of an aucation. You can call them with your credit card info. Never give your credit card info in an e-mail. However, it is safe to let LL have your credit card info for your LL account and the process is flawless.

When paying for an auction, are you required to pay the amount in full or do theygive you time to pay, especially if the holiday date is quite far away? If so, how long before the holiday date would you be required to pay the full amount due? Hope that makes sense!!!

I've always paid right away....that's part of the information given on the auction/bid page. If that policy has changed...I'd like to know about it. The reason for having your credit information on file is so that the charge(s) are made as soon as you win a bid. Does anyone know of a change in this procedure?

To my knowledge, the auction payment is due within 24 hours or you loose the bet. Having your credit card on file facilitates payment without delay. I don't think anything has changed in the payment procedure.

That's good news...I wonder what happens to the package if someone doesn't pay within 24 hours? Up for bid again or goes to the next bidder?
