I didn't get a credit and instead received a promo code (WelcomeLL) that can be used on purchases over $300 and expires in December. Did LL give a credit for signing up for the newsletter before?

LL--There is nothing to check. I had 2 credits of $100 each and now there is only one. I just rec'd them this January. Poof--one is gone! I wonder if it was a mistake/glitch in the system?

kyshel ~ Did you resolve this issue and get your $100 credit back? I would also like to know if there is a restriction on the amount of credit you can use towards a purchase. Thanks!
