Your Private Message folder is filled to capacity. Unless you clear out some or all of your old messages, you will not be receiving any new Private Messages.

PS- I started to delete. Do you know of an easy way to delete a few at at time? Now, I need to open each one and delete each one. Any way to check the box and delete a few? Thanks.

bonniejoy,
Unfortunately, when I deleted my private messages, it was all or none.... so I deleted them all, since I only had a couple of new ones. I did not see an easy way to delete just a few

but you can open a new folder and save in there before clearing rec'd/sent folders

I didn't see the place to delete all. I was deleting one by one. Sometimes I can't respond immediately so save it until I am able to respond. I must look for the "delete all" key. Also, you must delete the "sent" messages or your mailbox will stay full.

just go to edit folder--poof--it all goes away unless you save in another, as mentioned
