If, on the price amount, the description is listed for two people, is the price per person or is that the total? This is my first time visiting the site and I can't find the answer anywhere.

That is the total for the number of people listed on the package. Any additional costs (i.e. LL's fee or the cost to upgrade your room on a cruise if you chose) are clearly listed. LL's packages usually will also include the tax - which makes these packages even a better deal. It will be listed in the "includes" section of the package if it does.
Just read all the information before bidding. I have purchased several packages through LL and have always had exceptional experiences.

most of the packages very clearly say "price for 2, 4, 12, etc."
If I need to make a slight alteration to a package I usually contact the property directly - for example, to request a specific room type, upgrade, etc.
