I've been to Cheeca Lodge. A very lovely place in the Florida Keys.

Peter Island! LOVE IT! Spent my 40th birthday there. We have also sailed by there from VG recently and enjoyed some beautiful snorkeling!

Have been to two of them, Peter Island and Cheeca Lodge. Both are wonderful properties.

Merry Christmas, Michael. I spend a lot of Happy Hour evenings at the Tiki Bar at Cheeca. In looking at your auction package prices for this property, I have always thought LL offers one of the best deals around. Maybe you sell a lot of the packages at Cheeca because of the low starting price for the auctions. Not saying you should raise the starting price.
