07-31-2012, 10:44 PMNewbie in need for some help
Hi everyone,
I placed a booking and forgot to add my promo code.
I just realised it when i received the confirmation on my email and tried to cancel it but had no luck as it was already in progress (subject to confirmation by the hotel)
Anyone has a similar experience? Any tips?
Thanks!

07-31-2012, 11:51 PMI'm notsure what they will do in this case, but I emailed them a couple of days ago about a promo code that wasn't working and they fixed in in a day
.
You might want to try calling them and telling them about you problem and see if they can still add the code. I suggest calling over emailing because maybe they haven't charged your credit card yet. If you ask them before they charge you it's probably easier.
1 (888) 297-3299 is the number. Good luck and welcome to LL

Yes, I agree - call asap and speak to one of the Luxury Link concierges. I had a similar problem once and they were able to fix it because I called immediately. Good luck!
BTW, where are you going?Life is too short.........travel now!

Thanks for the replies!
I'm off to Bali for my wedding (yet again) in October, the wedding planner has booked us a villa at Conrad Bali.
The hotel that I was interested in is Hotel Tugu Bali

08-02-2012, 04:11 AMSmall world! That’s so cool
I love that you are getting married twice
How romantic. The Conrad Bali looks so nice. I think I have seen photos of the chapel you mentioned. We are thinking about doing a short trip to the Gili islands while we are there too. Have you heard of it. It looks spectacular – small islands with no cars or motor bikes, just bicycles and horses. We are just not sure about taking the time to get there because it will take several hours. I also want to stay in Ubud for a few nights.
We looked at a couple places in NL, but I was not impressed by the food. My fiancé is Dutch and I am American. I thought the US would be too far to plan everything. We decided on getting married in Ibiza. The food and weather there are always amazing!
Our trip to Bali we are calling our pre-moon. It's the biggest trip I've ever been on. I think for our really honeymoon we will just stay in Ibiza since it's so beautiful.. But since there may still be family around it may not feel so honeymoonish. So that’s why we are taking this big trip this year

OOOOOH!! We just bought Hotel Tugu, as well, end Oct carry-over into Nov--when are you going copahc? We'll be @ Royal Pita Maha right after ( 5 nt stay ) Still undecided about which drivers for the visit--thinking of laying low and enjoying alot of the resorts--there is so much to do just at RPM without leaving the grounds...Never been to Tugu or Tana Lot, so that will be top of the list, along with dance and seafood warungs.
