NO customer service what so ever
My suggestion to potential customer, DO NOT use Luxury Link, complete lack of customer services from this fancy website . I purchased a package from Luxury Link for a resort in Dominican Republic, the resort did not honor everything listed on the e-voucher/contact. No response (actually, the number listed for the contact person for the resort is not accurate. The person answered the phone claimed there is no such a person works at that resort.) from the resort & lack of responses from Luxurylink. I had tried phone/emails/voicemail. NO response!!! Again, DO NOT USE THIS website. You get what you paid.

I don't think your diatribe is appropriate. I would hardly "contribute" in that manner to a forum of very satisfied customers. If you would elaborate on the problems you've had with your purchase, perhaps someone here can understand your dissatisfaction.
You say you've been on the phone, emailed and left msgs. If you phoned, you must have talked to someone?
Are you aware of the contact info on the website and the hours when customer service is available. Have you tried the live chat?
You say there was no response but then you say you spoke with someone.
Did you take a list of the expected things that were not honored?
Did they explain why they were not honored?
You seem to have left out many details but are certainly willing disparage a company that has bee satisfactory (even exemplary!!) for many of our travel needs.
I hope you'll share more (and not just a one-time rant w/sketchy details).
PS--You are correct in that I DO get what I paid!! Ive bought nearly 20 packages from luxurylink for almost ten years and have not been dissatisfied with any of the great values I've gotten.Last edited by kyshel; 05-18-2011 at 02:08 PM.

I am sorry youhad some problems - I have been a LL customer for years and have never had any problems. It sounds like the main problem was with the resort in the D Republic - I would try contacting LL again and letting them know what the specific problem with the resort was and maybe this is not a resort that LL will use in the future if the problem was that bad or they were totally unresponsive.

05-24-2011, 07:23 AMI never had a problem with LL either. I once bought this package in Spain and the hotel didn't want to honor it for the dates they said even though they had rooms available. (This was back when you were supposed to book directly through the hotel instead of w/ LL). I was getting really infuriated, but then LL handled it for me and I ended up getting the dates I wanted. After that was taken care of the stay ended up being amazing.. we even got an upgrade to a larger room when we arrived. I was very happy with Luxury Link

bradio,
It doesn't contribute anything by putting the same post all over the place. Hopefully, Alia will be able to help with your customer service problems. Be sure to let us know how the problems was positively resolved. I am sure LL will clear up the problem for you. It is in their interest, but badmouthing LL all over the place on your part doesn't really help your case.
Kind regards,
