No reply from L Customer Service

Hi There,
I won an auction to stay@ Il Burro in Tuscany.
I used a VIP gift certificate but was also advised I could use my"welcomeback" credit too.
The "welcomeback " credit still has not been taken into account.
I have been emailling LL since 29th June and still no reply.

I would really appreciate a reply asap.

That's a bit odd since you can't combine promos--only one per purchase. We did have a major holiday weekend and I can tell you I had to wait longer than usual for a reply about something I needed.
Hope you get a satisfactory response soon.

Hi Kyshel,
i emailled customer service to check and was assured I could use both vouchers.
Still waiting on a response.Most unlike LL.

Did your suit finally dry out from your canal swim in Venice?

Check your credit card bill. I had a question on whether I could use the last VIP certificate that i used ( I was not sure if I previously had used it) and was told I would hear back from accounting. i did not hear anything, but found that the amount had been credited back to my credit card.

Only wish I COULD Swim !

Shygirl,checked my credit card but nothing credited there either. It's very strange not to get a reply at all from LL.

Have things slowed down a bit here since I've been " away" ? (oh,that sounds like I've been in jail.I haven't )

Hi snapyou - I'm looking into this for you now... I'll let you know what I find.

Update: I just heard back from Dena in Customer Service:

"I will submit today for a credit on June 29th. As for customer service not responding on time, that is correct. I am behind but should be caught up by days end. As well, any emails sent after July 5th has not cleared our server and tech is working on the why and where of it."

Sorry for the inconvenience! Please take a look at your statement tomorrow, and let me know if everything went through alright.
