Update: I just heard back from Dena in Customer Service:
"I will submit today for a credit on June 29th. As for customer service not responding on time, that is correct. I am behind but should be caught up by days end. As well, any emails sent after July 5th has not cleared our server and tech is working on the why and where of it."
