Normandy Barrière

We just returned from France this week. For part of our trip, we had purchased a package at the Normandy Barriere through Luxury Link. We have always had great experiences with our Luxury Link packages as well as with all of the properties that Luxury Link endorses. The package and the property looked very enticing, and I can truly say that the reality of the experience far exceeded our expectations! When we arrived in Deauville after our drive from Paris, there was a chilled bottle of champagne, a large plate of fruit and an assortment of sweets. Needless to say, we were pleased with our welcome gift. The fruit was so plentiful, it lasted for our entire three day stay. The room was opulent with a bathroom to match. We enjoyed our breakfast buffet in a sunny, glassed in morning room, which was very pleasant. The gym was large with great equipment and was adjacent to an indoor pool and spa.In addition to all theamenities, we were a block walk from the ocean in one direction anda delightful town square with restaurants the other direction. We felt wonderfully pampered, and the staff at the property was terrific. I certainly would recommend this hotel to other travelers in the Normandy area. It was delightful leg of our trip and we will be returning to Normandy Barriere in the future.

The value of the packages on Luxury Link is undeniable. We had originally booked this leg of our stay with a long time travel agent who has handled a great deal of our vacations in years past. The value of Luxury Link was two fold for us. First of all we got a great price for our package which included some excellent amenities, and secondly we were introduced to an experience that we may not have ever known about otherwise.


I have a number of friends who have been playing the auctions and buying packages on Luxury Link for years, and these friends have always raved about it. Although I have been a LL user and traveled to many of the Luxury Link properties over the past few years, I just recently started to purchase packages off the site. The experiences that I have had with Luxury Link in the last 6 months alone, via two international trips have made me a believer, and I look forward to a many more trips going forward.
