Past Auctions

What happened to the "Past Auctions" link under the "Auctions" tab? I liked to look at it from time to time. It was interesting to see what packages were purchased. I sometimes found interesting properties I had missed and it was an easy link to go to their page on LL.

Please add our voices to the chorus, requesting the return of this feature. As a relative new comer here, it was a great help in getting the full picture of the bidding/buying process. Thanks shy, for anticipating my query about this.

It also helped in future planning - for example our plans in one geographical direction at the end of May, depend upon others. After a family 'meeting' at Thanksgiving, I have a little better idea, but am still waiting for final details. If a package comes up which includes this geographical area, and is not bid on, then I will assume it might come up again, by which time, we might know more definitely what our plans can include. In short, it keeps interest up.

Also, other auction sites, such as E-Bay have this information. And if anything, it tells people they have to up their bid if they have their eyes on a certain destination or property. It is user-friendly and missed!

I spent lots of time today looking for the Past Auction Results. I've often used it in the past. Where is it? Why is it gone?

f.y.i.....mountie sent me a PM and said he was considering hiring a high powered Washington lobbyist to go to work on this matter. I think mountie is drinking Margaritas in Key Largo over the long weekend.....it's difficult to catch a fish in a Margarita glass!

I sent LL an email asking about it a couple of days ago, but I've not received a response yet.

If I had to guess, I would think one or more of the hotels probably requested LL to take down the information.
