Re: POSTING PHOTOS
As excited as I am to begin posting photos, I am having a hard time finding a photo server that keeps the photos at the same URL! I tried posting a bunch of photos to my Tiger Safari blog using my gallery at kodakgallery.com, and that worked until I logged off. Then, I uploaded those photos to a supposedly public account I have with yahoo, and those stayed until I logged off! What do you photo experts use as a photo posting service that actually keeps the photos publicly viewable?
Thanks!

Re: POSTING PHOTOS
Hi claassenam,
I am also a Firefox user. I too have now the tool bar up under the "Message Body" but I can't do any typing unless I click on the smiley and then click on the first smiley icon. I get
Then I can position my cursor there and the system lets me type, but the smiley never actually shows up in my text. It seems something is wrong there.... Could it be a LL programming glitsch or what????
Haven't figured out yet how to use picture insert or how to put pictures on URL - Let me know when you figure it out....
Thanks

Re: POSTING PHOTOS
Hi LHBrown,
Still no luck with the photos, however regarding typing in the box, you'll be happy to know you don't have to post a
first. Allow the white box to load, then begin typing. You won't see the cursor at first, but you should be able to type without hitting any of the little icons. Hopefully this is the case for you.

Re: POSTING PHOTOS
Hello,
Yes, I can now see the additional options too! Unfortunately when I tried to post a photo from my Flickr page, the photo icon came out 'broken' and the photo failed to post...
Cheers,
Julian

Julian. I am having the same problems as you. I tried to copy my photo's address, hit landscape key, then paste the address. I just get the same thing as you. Anybody out there that can help us???

Re: POSTING PHOTOS
Hi Bonniejoy,
I've emailed LL about this -- hopefully they will shed some light on the subject. I've tried a number of different options on Flickr -- from collections (folders), from sets (albums), and directly from the photo archive just in case something about the organisation was causing problems but none of them worked. The links definitely do work, as you'll see if you click on them here -- they lead to a photo of the door of suite 2 at Singita Boulders.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: POSTING PHOTOS
Hi Julian: I am not familiar with Flickr? I just have my photos on my computer. Should I send them to another site? I have also emailed LL about guidance. I would love to post photos but I am not having luck. Hopefully we will hear. If you can tell me more about Flickr, I would appreciate it.

Re: POSTING PHOTOS
Hi claassenam,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, the site turns white after it is fully loaded (takes quite a while) but there is a definite delay there before I can start typing.
Still havent figured out how to get my pictures from kodak gallery on an url link. Maybe after this weekend, we might get help from LL.
