Problems viewing details

I can't seem to access details of all auctions and buy now offers. All that comes up when Iclick on"view offers" is a description of the properties--not the offers. any suggestions?

I'm not sure what you're seeing, but when I choose either category, there are 2 tabs on the left of that box. left shows matching "properties (###)" list and far left is "offers (###)
You should see either a gavel for auction or checkmark for buy now. Right side of it should read view offer--when you scroll down to each item , it's highlighted and you can select the full description.
Hope that solves your dilemma.

pollyjane, if you live in the US, why not call the toll-free number for LL and speak with michael choe. He can probably walk you through the process of getting the information you want.

Try disabling any security software such as norton anti-virus and zone alarm. sometimes they will disable javascript which will prevent you from viewing the package details on our site.
