Has anyone won the Stevenswood Spa for 4? I am having extreme difficulty booking? No availability for "LL" type rooms except Dec 7-11 April 6-10 and finally Feb 2-9! Oh but they do have availability if I upgrade! This has been the most frustrating experience for me. Thanks

I have had the same problem with them. I even tried booking 5 months in advance for a weekend that I purchased and I am being told that there is no availability. When I go on their own site all rooms are available! I requested my money back from luxury link.

Hi patlewis and celestehudson,
Welcome to the community. I am sorry to learn you have difficulties with booking your stay at one of the LL properties. This is not the norm with LL properties. May I suggest that you call Nancy Taylor at the LL Customer service at the toll free 800 LL number or writer her a quick e-mail explaining your problem with booking. Nancy Taylor is very helpful resolving problems of that sort. Please give it a try and don't despair....

I sent an email off to the auction department at luxury link with the attached emails between myself and the resort. I sent this email to them on Saturday April 5th but I still had not received any response from the luxury link department regarding this issue.

celestehudson, the luxury link offices are closed on weekends. If you live in the US, why not call them on their toll-free telephone number andspeak withNancy Taylor. She oversees Customer Service and may be able to offer you some assistance.

Please let us know if you were able to successfully resolve your difficulties with the hotel with the help of LL customer service/Nancy Taylor. A lot of our trust rests with the LL customer service and Nancy Taylor to resolve difficulties of that sort, which so far have been minor in my experience.

My wife and I just returned from 4 nights at the Stevenswood with our close friends Don & Brenda.
We had the best experience ever. We had no trouble booking our rooms, but we were flexible. One thing I learned is that this resort is VERY SMALL -- they only have 6 rooms,so you have to be flexible when booking.
I spoke to Seth when booking and he couldn't have been more accomodating. From the moment we called them to the checkout it was very easy and while we were there we all 4 got treated like ROYALTY!
They arranged the included wine tour for us, and during the tour I asked the driver how much the tour normally cost. It is over $ 400 per couple! That's $ 800 JUST for the wine tour, not to mention, TWO SUITES for FOUR NIGHTS -- people this is a STEAL!
You might try emailng them to get your reservations set, I sent one to the address on the auction instructions, [email protected] and they responded within an hour.
