Suggestion for better viewing/organization of threads
Hi LL,
As a regular contributor who often jumps on the boards to find out what's new, I would love to be able to view all major categories at once in order to find out what I have and have not seen. Right now, when I go to the community main page, I can easily see if there are new messages on the General Discussion, Luxury Link Tips, Suggestions, $1 Auctions and a couple others. The categories where new threads are posted are highlighted and easy to locate. But the individual destination threads and the "styles" threads are still hidden away so I can't determine if there's anything new unless I click on each individual section, something that is time-consuming not to mention annoying. Is there any way to present all of the separate sections in one page so us regulars can see all of the categories with new messages highlighted? Also, right now the drop-down bar doesn't even have all of the different categories....

As in any new venture, we are asking LL, "What if we succeed?" in this new Community feature. I trust that LL is working on our suggestions and shares our concern that the site be as user-friendly as possible. As more and more Community members join in across the world and as more and more postings come online, all of us will be constantly challenged to stay up-to-date. Any other suggestions? Cheers...Marolyn

Re: Suggestion for better viewing/organization of threads
Hello,
I agree that it would be nice to be able to see 'at a glance' which boards have been active. The other factor is that there are some new users who never go into the Destinations boards because they are hidden, which is why so many destinations questions end up on the 'General Travel' board.
It would be great if there was a way to make the Destinations boards 'first tier' (and please split the Worldwide board up a bit, at least by continent!)
Cheers,
Julian

Hi Jashermd
You are right that many don't visit the community main page. I only started looking at it when you brought up the value destination section, and I went crazy trying to figure out where it was. I would always go directly to the Q & A section, or the LL Tips section. Has anyone else done the same as me?

Hi LL Moderators
Just wanted to say that your work has not gone unnoticed. It is great to see that there are threads that are being reorganized. It is going to make it a lot easier for us to sail through the different categories. Thank you,
