Suggestion for resources section

Hi friends,



I often search the web for resources on a destination I'm considering, as most of us do. I think it would be helpful if we could post useful resources in a separate location under each destination. There is an overwhelming amount of information available these days, and I would appreciate having recommendations from members of this community. There have been a few links mentioned recently, but they're buried in other posts and other discussions. Would you find this helpful?

I agree that something like that would be useful. Are there guidelines on this board for posting about other websites? For example, can we refer people to Fodors or Tripadvisor?

In the meantime, did you try using the keyword search function on the community home page ? I think this might help you filter though all of that buried information from the existing blogs to isolate exactly what you are looking for .

Hello,

Maybe something similar to the tags Flickr uses would help, though I suppose it could get a bit unwieldy if everyone were adding tags all the time. Perhaps we could all add and use our own tags, as one of the options available under the options tab?
