Technical Difficulties?

This morning when I tried to log onto LL it kept popping up saying my username/password was wrong. Anyone else have any similar difficulties? I thought they decided to kick me off for some reason!

I tried to ck LL early EST for several hours-- it would not allow me to logon until well after 11 am--8am PST. It actually happens rather frequently.

LL was not avail but all other websites I tried were.

Yesterday i bidded on an auction item near the close of the auction and it would not accept the bid on multiple attempts. I contacted LL and still have not heard back!!! Very disappointed in not getting the itemas I was the high price BUT MORE DISAPPOINTED BY NOT HEARING BACK FROM LL ON THEIR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS. REMINDS ME OF BAIT AND SWITCH. I AM SURE TO TELL ALL ABOUT MY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE HERE. I WAS ASSURED SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I too had the same thing happen to me on Friday. I must have tried to enter my password about ten times. Then I got fed up and returned to the home page only to find out that I was logged in. Everything worked out just fine, but during the logging in time I was getting quite frustrated.

In reply to the topic--regarding little glitches/errors:
I cannot link to the Royal Mara Safari Lodge website--it brings me to the LL main page. I'm sure they'll get that corrected soon, since it's a new preview offer. You can access it from any search engine, tho.

I also stumbled on 2 "location notations" for these offerings:
La Samanna, St. Martin, Guadeloupe
Abigail's Victoria, Quebec

I'm sure those are simple fixes, too.

claassenam, didn't one of the luxurylink staff recent post some information regarding a major overhaul of their web site? Maybe this is what is causing some of these problems!
