there will be a resolution tomorrow morning, hopefully by 9 am PST (2 hours before this auction is set to close).

michael, I just noticed what a mess this bidder has caused. Too bad it cannot be adjusted until mid day for us located in the Central Time or Eastern Times zones of the US. Many of us will be engaged in our work day, at least those of us who have jobs.
I wasn't participating in this auction, so there is no potential personal loss. However, it is a shame for the other bidders who were interested.
Hope you guys figure out a solution to avoid similar future repeats. It isn't good business for LL and it isn't good customer relations for potential bidders. I guess this has to be written off to a work in progress.

you are absolutely correct: this situation is inconvenient for LL and its members/bidders.
we have to implement safeguards to prevent this from happening again. there is nothing worse than having 1 bidder screw up an auction.
