Using A LL GC

I am having trouble using my Contributor's gift certificate. Perhaps I have the format incorrect? I use LLC###
no spaces, yes?

I bid on the Thailand mystery auction (I know where it i-is....la la la la la la) and we've never been to that part of the country.

Hi Kyshel,

If you are using an older VIP GC that has a dash in it, you have to call it in. Only the newly issued VIP GC without the dash will be accepted by the sytem. If you win the mystery auction to Thailand, they will charge the full amount to your credit card but will credit your credit card with the VIP GC once you call it in. The system isn't quite set up yet to accept the older VIP GCs. Good luck wit the mystery auction.

Just got my first LL gift certificate - yippee!!

Is there an expiration date - the email did not say when it expires and I could not find out any info searching through the site.

Hi D and great question. I sent an email back to Acctg and they said it expires in a year. This is the first gc without expiration listed and rules of use.
