All-Inclusive in the Caribbean for Honeymoon in October

My fiance and I are getting married in October of 2009 and are looking for an all-inclusive resort in the Carribean. We are pretty much open to any island. We would like a beach and some activities like water sports.

October can be a pretty tricky time in the Caribbean. Some properties do close in Sept and Oct due to hurricane season. I might recommend St. Lucia and the Body Holiday. There are lots of activites there. I haven't been there but a friend goes every year and loves it. St. Lucia is a tropical island with beautiful beaches and flora.
