After years of purchasing great vacations from Luxury Link, this is our first time that the resort was extremely disappointing. On top of our "new penthouse" having broken a/c, broken tv, broken jacuzzi, broken stairs, the resort itself is no where near ready to be opened....AND, our package was not even honor as described...no manager's cocktail party, we were charged over $300 in taxes and service charges, the resort still, after almost 2 months and a dozen written requests, is refusing to give us copies of our receipts to try to reconcile our insane bill. We finally had to file a dispute with our credit card company. I've written to Luxury Link about this situation and am waiting for a response, although it's been almost a month. Be warned on this one.
