Necker Island Rebuild?

Heading to Virgin Gorda soon. Plan to "dinghy" over to Necker. Heard that they will be rebuilding. Any other news???

I read that Branson has promised the island paradise will be ready for his daughter Holly Branson's, nuptials in December.
