Can anyone recommend some restaurants in Turks and Caicos. I have heard of Grace's Cottage, anything romantic would be great! Any restaurants that allow you to have dinner on the beach?
Thanks!

We had two wonderful meals at Coyoba's located at Coral Gardens on Grace Bay in Providenciales. While eating on the beach isn't an option you can easily stroll on the beach after a memorable meal. This restaurant is our second favorite in the Caribbean, after the White Witch at the Ritz-Carlton in Jamaica. Have a great time!

SMF- Grace's cottage is excellent. They also have great accommodations. Conch shack on the other side of island to really nice to get the local fare. Hemingway's, which is on the beach is very casual. Baci is a very good Italian cuisine at Turtle Cove. The best place in my opinion is Coco Bistro. Enjoy.

Thank you everyone who has responded! I saw that a few people rode horses in the water- I am wondering did either of you do that?

Yes. My wife and neice did ride. We stayed at Point Grace, and the horses were maybe 15 minutes away. I don't remember the name of the stables. They would both highly recommend doing it.

There is hardly a bad restaurant on Provo. We have been going there for about 15 years and have found the food wonderful. Grace's Cottage is the newer "high end" place to Anacoana, which is very romantic but stuffy. The food is excellant. Coco Bistro is a must (owned by the chef). We have preferred Bella Luna over Baci for Italian. The Bella Luna is owned by the chef who is Italian. I can't be sure of Baci. We found the food substandard for the island. Absolutely do not miss the pecan encrusted conch at Aqua Terrace. I have understood that Jimmy Buffett called it the best in the Carribbean! It definitely is. They also have great homemade ice creams, particularly the rum raisin and coconut. We have not been to The Palms, but understand from residents that the prices are exorbitant. Coyaba is excellent also. Paul Newman (the chef and owner) is a very personable guy and a super cook. The presentations are beautiful. Gecko Grill and Mango Reef are more casual and favorites of the local residents. Coral Gardens condos used to do a weekly dinner on the beach that is a fixed price and reservations a must. Might be worth an inquiry if you are looking for dinner on the beach by torchlight. We haven't eaten at Hemingways for a while, but remember it as being good. The major problem is staying on the island long enough to sample all the excellent fare!
