dont know how they got so high a conde nast rating - we stayed here on a luxury link auction . the suite was on an air shaft and dark and dingy the very small sitting rooms leather sofa was cut and worn, the staff was cold and uncaring ,we left and went to the avendia palace a much more comodious hotel.by the way at the breakfast buffet the eggs whenI bit into them had glass in them -when my husband showed them to the maitre.d he took them back my husband had to tell him to look at the chaffing dish ,it had glass in it which he proceeded to take the top layer off and was going to use again and my husband insisted he remove the whole dish .. no one apoligized nor made any mention of it ,they just didnt care.

I did not like this hotel either and we were there less than a week ago. It's hard to imagine such a cold place as getting such a strong review. There are too many other great properties...pass up this one.
