innocentsabroadisus....not sure any of us really know the basis for the award of quarterly VIP Certificates.

Could be the level of community participation.....maybe quantity or quality of postings....maybe valuable tips regarding Luxury Link properties visited....suggestions for potential properties........could be a number of things.

Why not remain active and interactive and see what happens.

I have used 4 certificates for my 2013 trips. I think with this new one we just received that I have 2 left to use - the newest one expires 1/2014 so I have to see when the other one expires and then play the 2014 waiting game.
